1. Introduction & Scheme Overview

Welcome to Sri Bhuvanesvari Jewellerry (SBJ) DigiGold 330. By enrolling in or purchasing Digital Gold through the SBJ platform, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. The DigiGold 330 scheme is a structured 330-day savings program that allows customers to accumulate 22 Karat (916 purity) gold with milestone weight bonus benefits.

2. Eligibility & Daily Operating Window

To participate, you must be a resident of India aged 18 years or above with a valid Indian mobile number. Gold purchases and daily savings deposits may only be initiated during the official operating window between 11:00 AM and 10:00 PM IST. Any transaction initiated outside this window will be declined.

3. Gold Pricing & Allocation

All gold purchases are calculated based on the daily 22K showroom gold rate published by Sri Bhuvanesvari Jewellerry at 11:00 AM IST. Gold weight is allocated to your passbook in grams up to four decimal places (e.g., 0.0001g) upon successful payment confirmation.

4. Milestone Bonus Roadmap

Customers earn instant milestone weight bonuses based on the day of deposit within the 330-day savings tenure:

• Day 1 – 75 (Early Bird Advantage): 5.00% bonus gold weight credited instantly.
• Day 76 – 150 (Builder Advantage): 3.00% bonus gold weight credited instantly.
• Day 151 – 225 (Growth Advantage): 2.00% bonus gold weight credited instantly.
• Day 226 – 300 (Harvest Advantage): 1.00% bonus gold weight credited instantly.
• Day 301 – 330 (Final Sprint): 0.00% bonus gold (pure principal accumulation).

5. Maturity & Physical Showroom Redemption

Upon completing the 330-day tenure, accounts mature on Day 331. Customers enter a 30-day redemption window (Days 331–360) during which the full accumulated balance (100% principal savings + 100% unlocked bonus gold) can be redeemed for physical 22K jewelry at any authorized Sri Bhuvanesvari Jewellerry showroom.

6. Early Exit & Forfeiture Policy

If an account is closed or redeemed before Day 330, the customer will receive 100% of their actual deposited gold weight only. All accumulated milestone bonus gold is strictly forfeited upon premature exit.
